Carol Can LLC (“Carol Can,” “I,” or “me”) runs carol-can.com. This page explains what information the site collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

• Contact form: when you send a message, I receive your name, email address, the service you choose, and your message.
• Direct contact: anything you share when you email, call, or text me.
• Site analytics: like most websites, this site uses tools (Jetpack Stats and Google Analytics) that record general information such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. These tools may use cookies.

How I use it

Only to respond to you, provide the services you ask for, send invoices, and understand how the site is used so I can improve it. I don’t sell or rent your information.

Who else sees it

Form messages are stored with my website host and delivered to my business email. Form submissions are checked for spam by Akismet. Analytics providers process site-visit data under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Messages and client records are kept as long as needed for the work we do together and for tax and business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by emailing carol@carol-can.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
