Hi, I’m Carol.

I’ve spent my career helping people get things done. Most of that time has been as an executive assistant, supporting top executives and growing businesses with packed calendars, international travel, big events, and plenty of personal to-dos. That work taught me to stay a step ahead, keep the details straight, and handle whatever comes up with a calm head.

My path hasn’t been a straight line. That’s where the “can” in Carol Can comes from. I’ve coordinated marketing for a commercial real estate team, run the front office (and taught classes) at a dog training company, and managed the business side of an online community for more than 15 years. Outside of work, I’m usually the one organizing the group, building the spreadsheet, or making the team gear, swag, and gifts for sports teams, school projects, and friends’ events.

Carol Can brings all of it together. I help small businesses and busy people with organizing, planning, and operations: setting up systems that work, keeping schedules and projects on track, planning events, and handling the tasks that fall through the cracks. I also design and produce custom merch and gifts, including team gear, event swag, personalized items, and printed pieces, and offer notary services when you need a signature made official.

I’ve spent 20 years giving Fortune 500 leaders, entrepreneurs, and busy families the support they count on. Now I’m bringing that experience to you.
